DIY Blessed Sunflower Shelf Sitter
I’m back with another project that I got to use my napkin supplies on. I love making craft projects where I’m able to use them. I had this blessed cutout already from Hobby Lobby. On my last trip to Dollar Tree I have grabbed a few wooden blocks that I knew would be perfect too, and this DIY Blessed Sunflower Shelf Sitter was born! Please follow along, you will not be disappointed!

Supplies:
Dollar Tree Wooden Block
White Paint
Sunflower Napkin
Blessed Cutout – Hobby Lobby
Twine
Button
Mod Podge
Antique Wax

First, I painted the wooden block with the white paint.

Second, I gave the blessed cutout a coating of the Antique Wax.

Third, I used Mod Podge to secure the napkin to the wooden block, smoothing as I went. I then cut off all of the excess.

Fourth, I used the Antique Wax around the edges of the wooden block, covering just the edge of the napkin.

Fifth, I glued the blessed cutout to the bottom of the napkin covered wooden block.

Sixth, I cut a large length of twine and wrapped it around the top of the block a few times, using glue to secure it down.

Finally, I cut another large length of twine and wrapped it into a double bow, gluing it to the side of the block over the other pieces of twine.

Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? I love this project, and couldn’t be happier with the end results! This project took next to no time and cost hardly anything to make, and I had a blast while making it! What could be better than that? This DIY Blessed Sunflower Shelf Sitter will look amazing on any shelf, and I can’t wait to get it into my craft booth! I have a feeling it will be a big hit! I hope you’ve decided to give this one a go too!
