DIY Witch Moon Shadow Box Sign
After I made my last project, which happened to be a shadow box, I definitely wanted to make another one! I loved making it and it came out amazing so, I went on the hunt for the perfect fillers for another one, and I wasn’t disappointed! What I found had me deciding to make this DIY Witch Moon Shadow Box Sign, and I love it! Follow along and decide for yourselves if you would like to give this one a go! I think you will!
Supplies:
Dollar Tree Shadow Box Sign
Wooden Circle
Witch Sticker – Dollar Tree
Scrapbook Paper
White and Black Paint
First, I removed the backing from the shadow box sign.
Second, I painted the frame to the shadow box with the Black paint.
Third, I covered the backing I removed from the shadow box with the scrapbook paper.
Fourth, I put the backing back onto the frame of the shadow box.
Fifth, I painted the wooden circle with the White paint.
Sixth, I glued a small piece of scrap wood to the back of the wooden circle.
Seventh, I used the black paint and dabbed small amounts around the edges of the wooden circle. I then placed the witch sticker onto the center of it.
Finally, I glued the wooden circle to the center of the shadow box.
Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? I love it, it came out just how I thought it would! I love the darkness of the scrapbook paper with the white of the wooden circle above it! It really makes the witch stand out! I’m definitely thinking that shadow boxes are now one of my more favorite craft projects to put together!
