DIY Rustic Cardboard Star Ornaments
I love rustic ornaments, and when I can make my own, they’re all the better! When you can add your own personal touch and love into the things you display in your home, they mean that much more! I came up with this idea when I was getting all of my Christmas decorations out, and the next day I got to work sorting through my supplies to find the perfect materials to make them. Follow along with these DIY Rustic Cardboard Star Ornaments, you will not be sorry you did!

Supplies:
Corrugated Cardboard
Scrapbook Paper
Silver Glitter
Twine
Rusty Bell

First, I took my star cutout and traced it onto the corrugated cardboard. I then cut them out.

Second, I used a slightly smaller star cutout, and traced it onto each of the two scrapbook papers. I then cut those out.

Third, I covered the edges of the stars with glue and generously sprinkled the silver glitter over them.

Fourth, I glued one of the scrapbook paper stars to each of the cardboard stars.

Fifth, I cut some lengths of the twine and tied them into bows. I then glued a bow to the center of each of the stars.

Sixth, I glued a rusty bell to the center of each bow.

Finally, I cut a small length of twine for each of the stars, gluing them to the tops of each star back, creating a hanger.

Here they are all finished, how do you think they turned out? I couldn’t be happier with these ornaments, they came out just how I envisioned them! They were so, so simple to make and were so much fun to put together! I really hope you give these DIY Rustic Cardboard Star Ornaments a go, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
