Thrifted Wall Pitcher Planter

As many of you know, I love to shop for craft supplies at the thrift stores! It always amazes me the things I find there that people no longer have use for! I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of a thrift store empty handed, there are always items that catch my eye. Sometimes it’s something that may just need a little uplift, and sometimes It needs a complete transformation. This Thrifted Wall Pitcher Planter is my latest thrift store craft, follow along, you will not be disappointed!

Supplies:

Thrifted Pitcher Planter
Chalky Finish Paint- Vintage Color
Greenery

First, I gave the entire Pitcher a nice coat of the Vintage color Chalky Finish Paint.

Second, I gave the edges a light sanding. I then filled the empty space with the greenery.

Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? I couldn’t be happier with the end result, I think it looks amazing! This was one of those projects from the thrift store that just needed some sprucing up, and it brought it back to life! I personally, like the Vintage lighter color a lot better than the original dark wood color. What do you think? Does this Thrifted Wall Pitcher Planter look better with the lighter coloring or did you like the dark wood finish?
