DIY Dollar Tree Snowman Canvas

It’s Christmas time again, and I’m loving getting to make the many, many craft ideas I have this holiday season! I have so many ideas I can’t wait to make come to life and share with you! This DIY Dollar Tree Snowman Canvas was so much fun to make and there are so many different ways to bring out anyones creative side with what’s put on the canvas! I hope you enjoy my take on this and then give one a try too!

Dollar Tree Canvas and Stand
Paint – Blue, White, Black, Pink and Orange

First, I used the blue paint to paint the top half of the canvas, making the sky look. I then used the white paint to fill the bottom half of the canvas creating the snowman head.

Second, I used the “Let it Snow” stamp and stamped the top corner of the canvas.

Third, I used the end of my paintbrush to create the white dots along the top of the canvas through the sky.

Fourth, I sponged on some red paint to create the cheeks, used the black paint with the end of my paint brush to create the eyes and mouth, and painted the black lines for the eye brows. I then used the orange paint to create the carrot nose and then once again used the end of my brush to create the white dots in the eyes and on the cheeks.

Fifth, I used the same blue paint and created the snowflakes through the white snowman head.

Finally, I outlined the snowman head with the black paint, I then used a small amount of white paint on my brush and splattered it around the whole canvas. I then placed the canvas onto the canvas stand.

Here is the final result of the DIY Dollar Tree Snowman Canvas, how do you think it turned out? With very little in the way of supplies and just a couple dollars spent at the Dollar Tree, I was able to bring this beautiful snowman to life, and display him on my entertainment center this holiday season to bring joy to the room! I absolutely love how this turned out and can’t wait to put it up! I hope you get to show off your creative side and make one for you to display as well this holiday season! Merry Christmas!
