I love shopping for crafting supplies at Dollar Tree, and I often spot items that give me ideas for new crafts while I’m searching. When I found this beaded Tray, I came up with this DIY Dollar Tree Table Riser and couldn’t wait to put together the craft that came to mind when I found it. I hope you follow along and make one of your own to display!

Supplies:

Dollar Tree Beaded Tray

Little Wood Feet – I used mini wooden peg people, you can use beads, spools, anything you have on hand.

Antique Wax

Vintage White Paint

First, I flipped the beaded tray upside down and used wood glue to secure the peg people on each side to make legs.

Second, I used Antique Wax and covered the entire tray, legs as well.

Third, once the Antique Wax was dry, I covered the entire tray in the vintage white paint.

Fourth, I lightly sanded around the tray, giving that worn look.

Fifth, I used the main rub-on transfer design on the center of the tray.

Finally, I cut out some of the extra rub-on transfers and added them around the rest of the tray to fill in the space.

Here it is all completed, how do you think it turned out? I absolutely love how the finished result looks. I added a candle and some greenery and I couldn’t be happier. Taking something as simple as a Dollar Tree tray and turning it into something amazing is a favorite of mine! This DIY Dollar Tree Table Riser was such a fun project to put together, I may do a couple more with a few different designs! What do you think, will you give this one a try too?
