I’m sure by now you have all figured out how much I love adding old pick up trucks to my crafts. I’ve figured out a way to add them into almost any season or holiday. This one is not only great because it can be used for more than one season but it is perfect for a tier tray or shelf sitter. Follow along with me for a DIY Fall Mini Truck House.

Supplies:

Mini House- Dollar Tree

Mini Trucks- Hobby Lobby

Paint- Black & White

Buffalo Check Ribbon

Start by using your white paint to cover the mini house. Make sure to cover the entire house and as always this could take more than one coat.

Once the white paint has dried go ahead and grab your black paint. We are going to use the black to paint around the top roof area of the house.

Next cut two pieces of the buffalo check ribbon to go around the front and edges of the mini house. Using a small amount of hot glue attach one piece to the bottom front of the house and one piece to the top just under the roof line.

Now choose whichever truck you would like to use and attach it to the front of the mini house using hot glue.

Finally make a bow out of your buffalo check ribbon and attach it to the center of the top strip of ribbon with a small dab of hot glue.

This came out super cute and was easy to make. You can mix and match paint colors and different holiday themed trucks and ribbons. And as I mentioned earlier it would be great to add to a tier tray or shelf sitter. Do you think you will make a DIY Fall MIni Truck House?
