Here we go again, anther mixed media project! Can you tell I am loving these!?! This on I used a wooden tag from Dollar Tree and a printable from my Printable Club! Dollar Tree has these amazing wood tags, that are so fun to create with! Come follow along as I make this DIY Mixed Media Tag!

Supplies:
Wood tag- Dollar Tree
Printable – My Printable Club
Scrapbook Paper
Tim Holtz Tags
Lace Ribbon – Hobby Lobby
Burlap Trim
Scrap Fabric
Button
Paint

First, I painted the tag front and back with a Dusty Rose color.

Second, I covered the front with scrapbook paper.

Third, I added my printable to the top of the scrapbook paper on the right side. I also used some antique wax around the edges of the tag.

Next, I added the lace ribbon and some burlap trim to the left side.

Finally, I added the little Tim Holtz tag to the bottom center! Then added the twine hanger back on, then added a bow I made out of some scrap fabric with a button in the center! This project is done! Quick and easy and ADORABLE!

I think this turned out so SUPER cute and was easy to make!! You can make it your own by changing the colors and printable to things you have. Do you think you’ll make a DIY Mixed Media Tag?
