I recently got an absolutely adorable puppy, who I am so excited to celebrate the holidays with. I know so many people can not help but include their furry friends in the celebration of Christmas. So one of the first things that I wanted to do was make him an ornament for the tree, and of course I had to personalize it so everybody would know exactly who the ornament was for LOL. Follow along with me and make your own DIY Personalized Dog Bone Ornament.

Supplies:
Bone Cookie Cutter- Hobby Lobby
White Model Magic Clay- Dollar Tree
Stamps & Ink
Sparkle Mod Podge

Step 1, roll out White Model Magic Clay

Step 2, cut out the dog bone using your cookie cutter

Step 3, make a small hole at the top of the dog bone and stamp your pets name onto the clay. You can use whatever colored ink you would like to give this ornament a more personal feel.

Step 4, allow the clay to fully dry. This takes at least 24 hours.

Step 5, once the clay is completely dry, cover the ornament with sparkle Mod Podge. Molly is for My Moms puppy, who is my puppies half sister!

Finally add your hanger through the hole that you made and your ornament is complete. I used some yarn that I had lying around for this but you can use whatever you would like.

These ornaments came out so super cute and look adorable on the tree. This is another fun DIY to do with the kids, you could even let them paint them and really show their creative side. I had fun making these cute little ornaments and I hope you enjoyed learning how. Do you think you will make your own DIY Personalized Dog Bone Ornament?
