DIY Plant Stand Bench
I absolutely love when the thrift store has items I can use for my craft projects! This week I hit the jackpot! I found so many amazing things that I got to turn beautiful again, or to simply just make my own! When I saw this little bench I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it! With Spring quickly approaching, I knew I could use this bench to be able to put plants on, and the DIY Plant Stand Bench was born! I hope you follow along with this DIY, and try one of these for yourselves!

First, I centered my stencil onto the bench.

Second, I used the black paint to dab the stencil onto the bench.

Finally, I used my sponge pouncer to add black paint all along the edges of the bench.

Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? I couldn’t be happier with this piece! It has a whole new life to it with such minimal time and effort! With something as simple as a stencil and a little paint this is a completely new piece, and I can’t wait to get it into my new craft booth! Do you think you’ll give this DIY Plant Stand Bench a try for yourself?
