DIY Rustic Santa Sign
I love my rustic craft projects, they’re some of my most favorite projects! When I can take a plain old item, or even multiple items combines and turn them into something rustic, I love that! When I found this Santa ornament an idea came to me almost instantly, and went searching for anything else I may need to get it finished. Follow along with this DIY Rustic Santa Sign and let me know if you’ll be giving this one a go too!

Supplies:
Santa Ornament- Thrifted
Wood Round – Hobby Lobby
Wooden Snowflakes
Antique Wax
White Paint
Ribbon

First, I covered the wood round with the Antique Wax.

Second, I disassembled the Santa ornament.

Third, I glued the the Santa pieces evenly to the center of the wooden round.

Fourth, I drilled two small holes at the top of the wooden round. I then cut a length of the ribbon, threaded it through the holes and tied them off creating a hanger.

Fifth, I took an old toothbrush, got a little White paint on it and splattered it around the whole project.

Sixth, I painted the wooden snowflakes with the White paint.

Finally, I glued the snowflakes around the edges of the wooden round.

Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? I couldn’t be any happier, it came out exactly as I envisioned it! When my craft ideas come out like I thought they would, or sometimes even better, nothing could make me happier! This DIY Rustic Santa Sign was so, so simple to make and took next to no supplies and still looks amazing! I really wish I bought double of the supplies so I could keep one here at home! What do you think, will you be trying this craft project out? Let me know!
