Stamps – letters (I ended up not using the other stamps)
Red, White and Black Paints
First, I painted both of the wooden squares with the white paint, and let dry.
Second, I used both of my Santa stencils, one for each square and stenciled them with the red paint.
Third, I used my letter stencils and used the black paint to stencil “Jolly” onto each wooden square. I then lightly sanded around the edges of each square.
Fourth, I used the black paint with my ink blender, (you can get that here https://amzn.to/47QG8pd )and added just a touch around the entire edge of each square.
Finally, I used a small length of wire for each square and created a hanger on them.
Here is the final result, how do you think they turned out? I love them, they’re so simple yet bring the Christmas spirit out! Crafting for Christmas brings me so much joy and I love sharing all of my ideas and creations with you, so that you may try them for yourselves! What do you think, will you give these DIY Stenciled Santa Ornaments a try too?
