My favorite flower is sunflowers! They are so pretty, and I love how tall the grow, they just make me smile when I see them! I found these super cute sunflower stickers at Dollar Tree and knew I wanted to make something with them! Come follow along as I make this DIY Sunflower Sign

DIY Sunflower Sign
SUPPLIES:
Wooden Shadow Box – Michaels
Buffalo Check Fabric – Dollar Tree
Sunflower Stickers – Dollar Tree
Paints – Yellow and White
Antique Wax

First, I painted the inside of my shadow box sign white.

Second, I painted two coats of yellow on the outside of the sign. I tried my best not to get any yellow on the white. If you do, just paint a little white over the spots.

Third, I took the buffalo check fabric and cut it to fit in the inside of the box. Once I had it cut to size, I used Mod Podge to attach it. The fabric from Dollar Tree is very thin and you can see almost right through it, this is why I painted the back white.

Fourth, I took 3 of the sunflower stickers and lined them in the center. They are stickers so you can just place them there using the sticker adhesive, I added a dot of hot glue to each one to make sure they were held well.

Finally, I used some antique wax around the whole sign. I think this turned out so ADORABLE, I absolutely love it!! Easy, and quick project. This would look so cute on a tier tray!
