I love to get into the holiday spirit making crafts for Christmas! This is one of my absolute most favorite times of the year, with Santa and reindeer and snowmen! I have so many ideas to get out with so little time to get them all out and done before Christmas comes! I’m hoping you enjoy this DIY Vintage Style Santa Hanger as much as I loved coming up with the idea and putting it together!

Supplies:

Santa Post Card – Amazon https://amzn.to/3uaQhhY

Muslin

4 Jumbo Craft Sticks

Antique Wax

Wired Bells- Dollar Tree

Greenery

Ribbon

Rusty Bell

First, I cut a piece of Muslin slightly larger than the Santa post card and glued it on with Mod Podge.

Second, I cut the end off of the 4 jumbo craft sticks and then covered them with Antique Wax.

Third, I took the wired bells and attached them to the back of one of the jumbo craft sticks with hot glue, creating a hanger.

Fourth, I used Mod Podge to attach the Muslin to that same craft stick, covering the glued on wire.

Fifth, I added the rest of the jumbo craft sticks to the top and bottom giving the hanger stability.

Finally, I made a bow with the ribbon and hot glued the rusty bell into the center of it. I then attached that along with a piece of the greenery with hot glue to the top of the hanger.

Here is the final result, how do you think it turned out? I love how the finished project came together! This was such a simple yet fun craft to put together and I’m hoping you like it enough to try one too! This DIY Vintage Style Santa Hanger is the perfect holiday craft even for the most inexperienced crafter!
