DIY Vintage Style Snowman Sign
I’m loving all the craft supplies my local Dollar Tree has stocked lately. I always find pieces that I know could be amazing in projects I have ideas for! When they stocked up on their wooden pieces I made sure to grab quite a few and held onto them. When I was digging through my supplies, and came across this mini snowman, I knew exactly the project I wanted to make with him. Follow along with this DIY Vintage Style Snowman Sign, you will not be disappointed.

Supplies:
Dollar Tree Frame
Wood Slat
Snowman
Music Scrapbook Paper
Tinsel Ribbon
Paint- Black, Antique White and Orange

First, I cut the scrapbook paper to the size of the wooden slat.

Second, I removed the hanger from the frame. I then filled in the holes on the sign as well as on the snowman.

Third, I covered the wooden slat with Mod Podge, and then smoothed the scrapbook paper over it.

Fourth, I painted the frame with the Black paint.

Fifth, I painted the snowman body with the Antique White paint.

Sixth, I painted the snowman top hat with the Black paint.

Seventh, I glued the wood slat to the back of the frame.

Eighth, I cut a length of the tinsel ribbon to fit the opening of the frame and glued it around it.

Ninth, I painted the snowman nose with the Orange paint. I then cut a smaller piece of the tinsel ribbon and tied it around the snowman neck. I finally glued him down to the center of the frame.

Tenth, I used the end of my paintbrush, with the black paint and dotted on the eye.

Finally, I cut another length of the tinsel ribbon and blued each end to the top, back of the frame creating a hanger.
