Who doesn’t love Halloween? I know I do, it’s one of the best holidays to make fun crafts for! This DIY Whimsical Halloween Ornament was such a blast to make and I hope you love it enough to try one out for yourselves!

Supplies:

Thrift Store Pan
Napkin
Paints- Black, White, Orange, Yellow
Enchanted Shimmer
Ribbon – Hanger
Tinsel Trim
Mod Podge

First, I painted the thrift store pan rim completely black.

Second, I painted the center of the pan white.

Third, I cut the pumpkin out of the napkin in a circle to fit the center of the pan. Then I used Mod Podge to secure it down. I then made two holes inside the pan at the top to make the hanger later on.

Fourth, I hot glued the tonsil trim around the outside of the napkin that I put in the center of the pan.

Fifth, I used the orange and yellow paint to create a checkered pattern along the outer rim of the pan.

Sixth, I used the Enchanted Shimmer all along the inside circle and rim of the pan.

Finally, I cut a piece of ribbon and fed it through the two holes I made in the pan to create the hanger.

Here it is all finished, what do you think? I love how it came out, and that it is actually made from an old pan was a blast to do. I hope you enjoyed this DIY Whimsical Halloween Ornament project and give one a try too!
