These little wood rounds have so many possibilities, I have made quite a few projects with them. They are fun to create with and easy to get, most craft stores have them and if not, you can even make your own from wood right in your yard! This time I wanted to change things up a bit and go a different route. I decided to see how it would look with some cute fabric on it. It turns out that it looks AMAZING! Come see how this DIY Wood Round Fabric Ornament turns out!

Supplies:
Wood Round
Fabric- Your choice – mine is from Walmart
Mod Podge
Ribbon
Twine
Pretty simple supply list! The fabric is BEAUTIFUL too! Walmart really has some nice fabrics!

First, I drilled a hole in the top of the wood round. Then as you can see, I marked it with a T so I would know that was the top. I laid it down on the fabric and traced it and, then cut it out.

Second, I put a nice layer of Mod Podge on the wood and laid my fabric on. Then once it was on, I added another coat of Mod Podge. I wanted to make sure it was secure and that it was protected.

Third, I use some twine to add a little hanger to the top.

Finally, I added a cute red and white bow! That is, it! So super EASY!! You could use all different fabrics and make them for all different styles. They would make great gifts, or package tie-ons!

How cute did this turn out?! I love it!! It was simple, but beautiful! Do you think you’ll try to make a DIY Wood Round Fabric Ornament?
