Dollar General Fall Leaves Tray

I love when I can use my napkin stocks in my projects. While I was separating all my napkins into seasons, I pulled out this Fall leaves package, and had the perfect idea come to me! Fall is one of my favorite seasons to make craft projects for. I just love the feeling of warmth and home I get to create with my projects. Come check out this Dollar General Fall Leaves Tray, I think you’ll really like it!

Supplies:

Dollar General Tray
Fall Leaves Napkin
Marigold Paint
Dark Walnut Stain

First, I gave the bowl of the tray a nice coating of Mod Podge.

Second, I laid the napkin over the tray, smoothing as I went.

Third, I trimmed off all of the excess napkin.

Finally, I gave the tray a good coat of the Marigold Paint. I then gave the whole tray a coating of the Dark Walnut Stain.

Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? I love this project, and I think the Fall leaves napkin absolutely made this whole craft pop! I’m not sure if I even want to bring this Dollar General Fall Leaves Tray into the store, I’m thinking I may keep this one for myself! I definitely have to be picky with what I keep at home, or I’d run out of room within a month. What do you think, will you give this one a try?
