Dollar Tree has really started putting out some super cute stuff to create with! When I saw these beehives, I knew I wanted to make a fun craft with them! Once I got home, I got to work and created this super cute hanger! Come see how I made this Dollar Tree Beehive Sign!

Supplies:
Dollar Tree Wood Sign
Honeycomb/Bee Cut-Out- Dollar Tree
Antique Wax
Black, White and Antique Gold Paints
Ribbons & Raffia
Sunflower
Coffee Dyed Tag
Bee & Honeycomb Stamp

First, take that hexagon shape from Dollar Tree and stain it with your antique wax.

Second, I took the honeycomb and painted that with the antique gold color paint.

Third, I painted the bee black and added the antique gold for the bee stripes.

Fourth, I dry brushed the hexagon sign with some white paint. You can leave it stained, but I painted it white because when I put the honeycomb on, it got lost in the dark of the stain. Once the white is dried, I sanded it using a sanding block.

Fifth, I used some of the antique wax to stain the honeycomb and give it a rustic look.

Sixth, I added a hanger and glued the honeycomb onto the hexagon.

Next, I added a messy bow I made with a bunch of different ribbons in coordinating colors, fabrics and raffia!

Finally, I added a tag I made using a coffee dyed tag and stamps from Dollar Tree! Once I had that attached, I added a dried sunflower to the center. That’s it!!

How ADORABLE did this turn out?! I LOVE IT!! Do you think you’ll make this Dollar Tree Beehive Sign!
