Dollar Tree Carrot Patch Sign

I absolutely fell in love with this arrow sign I found at my local Dollar Tree. An idea had instantly hit me on what to make with it, and I couldn’t wait to get it home and make my ideas come to life! What is more fun than having a carrot patch sign to hang for Easter or Spring? With this arrow sign and a couple mini carrots I also found at Dollar Tree I knew I could make this amazing! I hope you follow along with this Dollar Tree Carrot Patch Sign, and make one of your own too!

Dollar Tree Arrow
Scrabble Tiles
Dollar Tree Wooden Carrots
Orange Check Ribbon
Paints- White, Green, Orange
Antique Wax

First, I removed the hanger from the arrow. I then painted the entire thing with the white paint.

Second, I painted both carrots with the orange paint, then painted the leaves with the green paint.

Third, I hot glued a small amount of greenery to each of the carrots.

Fourth, I cut two short lengths of twine and wrapped them around each of the carrots at the base of the leaves. I secured it with a small amount of hot glue.

Fifth, I spelled out “carrot patch” with the scrabble tiles, and secured them evenly spaced onto the arrow with hot glue.

Sixth, I hot glued each of the carrots to separate corners of the arrow.

Finally, I cut a length of orange check ribbon and secured it through the holes knotting the ends, creating a new hanger. I then used Antique Wax around the entire outer edge of the arrow.

Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? Do you think you’ll be making one of your own too? I couldn’t have had more fun than when I was crafting this project, it was so simple to make too! This project took very minimal supplies, most of which I already had on hand. I wish I had more of these supplies, I loved making it! So what do you think? Will you be making this Dollar Tree Carrot Patch Sign?
