Dollar Tree Fall Sweater Tag
Fall is one of my more favorite times of the year! Sweaters, hot cocoa, and cozy blankets are what I think about during the Fall months! I wanted to bring the sweater theme into a craft project, so I sat and thought of how I could make that happen, and came up with this Dollar Tree Fall Sweater Tag. Follow along and decide for yourselves if you’d like to give this one a try!

Supplies:
Dollar Tree Wooden Tag
Dollar Tree Wooden Pumpkin Coffee Cup
Thrifted Sweater
Hobby Lobby Fall Stickers
Paints- Antique White and Burnt Orange

First, I removed the tag from the coffee cup and filled in the hole.

Second, I painted the wooden tag with the Light Buttermilk paint.

Third, I gave the tag a coat of Mod Podge and laid the thrifted sweater over it. Then I cut off all the excess, as well as the hole at the top.

Fourth, I used the Antique White, and the Burnt Orange to paint the pumpkin coffee cup.

Fifth, I glued the painted coffee cup to the center of the sweater covered tag.

Finally, I placed the Fall stickers around the coffee cup. Then I cut a piece of twine and created a hanger through the hole at the top of the sweater covered tag.

Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? I love this project, it gives all the warm fuzzies of the Fall months I was after when creating it. Fall is one of my favorite times of the year to create for, and there are so many different ideas popping through my head I never have enough time to get them all out!
