Dollar Tree Mummy Doll

I’ve been wanting to make some sort of a mummy for Halloween for quite a while, and did end up using another doll from Dollar Tree to make one, I did a video of that. I wanted to try one with this other doll I had from Dollar Tree You which I got a long time ago. I can’t find anymore of this doll, and I truly love how this one turned out in comparison to the other. Come see! You will not be disappointed!

Supplies:

Dollar Tree Doll
Muslin
Dollar Tree Creepy Cloth
Feather Ribbon
Bat Button

First, I spread hot glue all around the dolls body.

Second, I wrapped the muslin all around the doll.

Third, I added more hot glue to the rest of the doll and finished covering it with the muslin.

Fourth, I added some more glue and then covered the doll with the creepy cloth.

Fifth, I glued on two black buttons for eyes.

Sixth, I tied a piece of the feather ribbon around the neck.

Finally, I attached the bat button to the head.

Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? I love this project, it’s one of my absolute favorite Halloween crafts I’ve ever made. It was so, so simple to make but came out amazing! This was definitely the best mummy idea! I’m still so unsure if I want to part with it to bring it to my craft booth, or keep if for myself! So what do you think, will you be giving this Dollar Tree Mummy Doll a try too?
