Dollar Tree Shabby Chic Frame
When I found this frame at Dollar Tree, i knew I wanted to use these rub on transfers with it. I love these rubon transfers from Thymeless Designs, they are beautiful and EASY use!! I hope you follow along with this Dollar Tree Shabby Chic Frame and enjoy it as much as I enjoyed crafting it.

Supplies:
Dollar Tree White Frame
Polycrylic Topcoat
White Fabric
Mod Podge
Thymeless Designs Rub On Transfer – Amazon https://amzn.to/4ac4XOh
Pink Chalk Paint

First, I took the frame apart and gave the glass a coating of Mod Podge.

Second, I cut a section of the fabric and laid it over the Mod Podge coated glass, smoothing it out.

Third, I trimmed off all of the extra fabric.

Fourth, I placed one of the rub on transfers to the center of the fabric covered glass.

Fifth, I placed a smaller rub on transfer above the one I had already placed.

Sixth, I used Polycrylic topcoat over the entire thing.

Seventh, I painted the frame with the pink chalk paint.

Eighth, I lightly sanded around the whole frame.

Finally, I put the frame and the fabric, rub on transfer covered glass back together.

Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? I couldn’t be happier with the final project. It came out exactly how I envisioned it would, maybe even better. I love when my ideas come out the way I want them to! I hope you enjoyed this DIY, and decide to make a Dollar Tree Shabby Chic Frame for yourself too! You could use the same rub on transfer that I provided a link for or even choose one of your own liking! It will come out amazing either way!
