Dollar Tree Spring Tray

Dollar Tree finds are some of my favorites to craft with! When you walk into the store you never know quite what you’ll find. There’s always something new to find, and this tray I came across was my latest score. I’m once again going to incorporate my napkin collection into my project, and I can’t wait for you to follow along with this Dollar Tree Spring Tray and hopefully create one of your own too!

Supplies:

Dollar Tree Silver Tray
Bird Napkin
Antique White Paint
Mod Podge
Sandpaper

First, I painted the entire tray with the antique white paint. This took a couple coats and I let each coat fully dry in between.

Second, I cut a section of the bird napkin to fit inside the center of the tray, and used Mod Podge to secure it down. Once I had the napkin on I used a water brush to clean up the edges, and used a bit of sandpaper to finish cleaning them up once everything was dry fully.

Finally, I used sandpaper and sanded around the outer rim of the tray.

Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? For a craft project that took me minutes to make after allowing the paint to dry, I couldn’t be happier with the end result! This project was simple and took next to no supplies and came out beautiful! I can’t wait to get this into my craft booth on my next trip over! Do you think you’ll make this Dollar Tree Spring Tray for yourselves? I hope you do!

I just love napkin crafts!! They are some of my favorite projects!
