Dollar Tree St. Patrick’s Sign

When I found these window clings for St. Patrick’s Day, I knew I wanted to make something with them for this year! I don’t usually craft to much for this particular holiday, but that may just change. The shamrocks and the bright green just seemed to get me in the spirit! After I found the clings I came across a cutout that I knew would also be perfect, so I combined them to make this beautiful Dollar Tree St. Patrick’s Sign! I hope you follow along and decide to make one too!

Supplies:

Dollar Tree Chalk Board
St. Patrick’s Cut Out – Hobby Lobby
St. Patrick’s Window Clings
White & Black Paint
Mod Podge

First, I painted the chalk board with the white paint.

Second, I painted the frame of the chalk board with the black paint.

Third, I chose the clings I wanted to use, and then gave the backs a coating of Mod Podge. This to be sure they stayed attached, placing them to the chalk board.

Finally, I hot glued the St. Patrick’s cutout to the bottom of the chalk board frame.

Here’s the final result, how do you think it turned out? For a craft project that took next to no time to create and little money spent, I couldn’t be happier with the final result! The bright green colors with the black and white just seem to pop and make it stand out. I can’t wait to get this craft into my craft booth on my next trip in. I hope you enjoyed this Dollar Tree St. Patrick’s Sign, and decide to make one too!
