This is such a simple and inexpensive craft, but looks so good once it’s finished! It takes minimal supplies, time and steps to have something that looks so different, yet amazing from what it originally looked like! I hope you enjoy this Dollar Tree Sweater Candle as much as I liked making it and give one a try too!

Supplies:

Dollar Tree Candle
Thrifted or Old Sweater
Buttons

First, I cut a rectangular piece of the thrifted sweater to fit around the candle.

Second, I hot glued the cut sweater piece around the candle.

Finally, I found three red and white buttons that were large enough to stand out and hot glued them to the edge of where I glued the sweater. This makes it look almost as if the buttons are securing the sweater around the candle.

Here is the final result, how do you think it turned out? This project was so simple and took no time at all to finish! These would make perfect little gifts to give out, and are so inexpensive to make. You can change up the fabric and the buttons to maybe tie it into a specific holiday or event that works best for you! I hope you enjoyed this Dollar Tree Sweater Candle and can give it a try for yourselves!
