Gnome Succulent Planter
I love gnomes, and I hardly ever get to incorporate them into my craft projects. So when I came up with this idea for this Gnome Succulent Planter I couldn’t wait to get started! I had everything on hand because I had just purchased a bag full of these terra cotta pots. I’m going to be making a bunch of these, because I am definitely keeping some for myself, and also putting some into my store! Follow along, I know you won’t be disappointed!
Supplies:
Terra Cotta Pot – 2 inch
Faux Fur
Faux Moss
Spanish Moss
Succulent
Furniture Plug
Celery Chalk Paint
First, I painted the terra cotta pot with the Celery Chalk Paint.
Second, I glued the faux moss around the rim of the terra cotta pot.
Third, I glued the faux fur under the faux moss.
Fourth, I glued the furniture plug to the center of the top portion of the faux fur. This created the gnomes nose.
Fifth, I filled the pot with Spanish Moss.
Finally, I added the succulent to the center of the Spanish Moss.
Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? I love these little guys, I think they came out amazing! I’m definitely keeping a bunch of these little guys.
