Rustic Winter Snowy Tree Sign
I love making signs, and Winter signs are one of my favorite to make! When I can make something beautiful out of scraps on hand it makes it that much more fun! I found a piece of scrap wood in my stash and decided a beautiful Rustic Winter Snowy Tree Sign would look amazing on it. Follow along, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Supplies:
Scrap Wood
Tree Stencil
Spackle
Twine
Glitter, Deep Midnight Blue, and White Paint

First, I painted the piece of scrap wood with the Deep Midnight Blue Paint.

Second, I took an old toothbrush with the White Paint and splattered flecks all over the board.

Third, I centered the tree stencil on the board, and taped it down.

Fourth, I used the spackle to stencil the tree on.

Fifth, I sprinkled glitter all over the wet spackle.

Sixth, I removed the stencil. I then drilled two small holes at the top of the board.

Finally, I took a piece of twine and thread it through the drilled holes and tied the ends off creating a hanger.

Here it is all finished, how do you think it all turned out? I couldn’t be happier with the end result. When I can make something so beautiful out of things I have laying around it couldn’t make me any more excited! I love how the stencil looks with the spackle, it just pops right off the board! What do you think do you like this? Will you try this Rustic Winter Snowy Tree Sign?
