Shabby Chic Window Makeover
I love to make craft projects with items that have been previously used, thrown out, and discarded! In my shed I have a stack of old windows that I found, and this Shabby Chic Window Makeover idea came to me when I was moving them around to make some room. I’ve always loved working with old windows, and this one was so much fun to make. I hope you follow along and decide you’d like to give one a shot too!

Supplies:
Old Window
Rub On Transfers
Dollar Tree Medallion

First, I gave the old frame of the window a coating of White Paint.

Second, I placed one of the rub on transfers onto the bottom window pane. I made sure it was centered, then applied.

Third, I chose another rub on transfer, and applied it to the top window pane.

Finally, I glued the Dollar Tree medallion to the center of the center window pane.

Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? I couldn’t be happier with the finished project, I think it looks amazing! I’m thinking the rub on transfers I chose to go with this project really make the whole thing pop! Do you think you’ll give this Shabby Chic Window Makeover a try? I would love to see what you do with your own!
