Spring Tulips Shelf Sitter

One of my favorite flowers is a tulip, they’re just so beautiful! I found these tulip rub on transfers, and knew I had to make a craft with them. Shelf sitters are pretty simple to make and everyone seems to love them so I decided to go that way for this project! Follow along with this Spring Tulips Shelf Sitter, I think you’ll love it as much as I did making it!

Supplies:

Block of Scrap Wood
Rub On Transfers
White Paint
Twine

First, I gave the block of scrap wood a nice coating with the White Paint.

Second, I chose the transfer I wanted to use, centered it on the block, and applied it.

Third, I cut a large length of the twine, and wrapped it multiple times around the top of the block.

Finally, I cut another length of twine, tied it into a bow, and glued it to the corner of the wrapped twine.

Here it is all finished, how do you think it turned out? I absolutely love this project, it came out just as I imagined it would! How much better can a craft project get when you need hardly any supplies, and it still looks amazing once done? I hope you followed along and have decided to give this Spring Tulips Shelf Sitter a try too!
