Target Snowman Makeover
I found this cute little snowman at my local Target store and had to have him. He definitely needed a makeover though, and I couldn’t wait to get home and get started on it! Snowmen are great for all winter long! I love decor I can leave up until almost spring! Come check out this Target Snowman Makeover, I think you’ll love it!

Supplies:
Wooden Target Snowman
Paints- Almondine, Black, White, Burnt Orange, Pink
Glitter
Glitter Snow
Homespun

First, I gave the snowman a generous coating of Almondine Paint.

Second, I painted the buttons with the Black Paint and the nose with the Orange Paint.

Third, I painted the hat with the Black Paint and then smudged some of the Pink Paint onto the cheeks to make them rosy.

Fourth, I put a generous amount of the Glitter Snow on the brim and top of the hat.

Fifth, while the Glitter Snow was still wet, I sprinkled some glitter onto it.

Sixth, I used the White Paint and painted on some snowflakes and then used the end of my paintbrush to dab some dots on as well. I then painted the eyes with the Black Paint.

Finally, I took an old paintbrush and dunked it into some of the White paint and splattered it all over the snowman. I then took some Homespun and tied it around the neck for a scarf.

Here it is all finished, how do you like him? I think he is absolutely adorable and can’t wait to get it into the store. I’m thinking he’ll be a huge hit. If I had to guess he won’t stay on the shelf long, everyone seems to love snowmen! Do you think you’ll give this Target Snowman Makeover a try?
